Throughout my year-and-a-half at Morgan Buildings, I was able to take over the position of Operations Manager shortly after my employment began. I thoroughly enjoyed managing the Boerne/San Antonio sales location and was able to improve processes and procedures at my location by creating training processes, templates for completing various operational tasks, and ensuring all procedures adhered to company policy. I created my own process for hiring in the most cost-effective manner and played a vital role in the hiring, retaining, and managing employees. This position helped me gain the confidence I needed to manage others and opened my mind to the creativity and challenge that a leadership role provides.

These positions played a vital role in my rise to becomming the knowledgable and resourceful professional I am today.
Customer Service Representative
KGB_USA

My first position out of high school that involved working with customers.
